Communication wise, there are regular email updates from manufacturer; though i must caution against those who think that the product is manufactured brand new upon order (as opposed to ex-stock ready for shipping).

The product itself is great (as advertised), and I am impressed by the box that has a little light when opened. Makes it sparkle.
