I had received my first item with some damages from the delivery process, but I reached out to the company for assistance. They were prompt in addressing the issue and offered to send a replacement immediately, with a tracking number. I received my second item later than expected, but it was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, I found an issue with one of the glasses and I requested for a replacement. The company was willing to help and I have sent them some pictures of the glass. I am looking forward to receiving the replacement. In general, it’s not ideal to receive damaged items, but I appreciate the company’s willingness to make it right.

I received my shipment in time, but some of crystals were missing. I sent them a message and waited 24 hours before I got a reply.
PS. Update: December 2019, they sent me a substitute and got it after 2 weeks.

Beautiful but one of the saucer i received was chipped and tarnished so I asked for a refund but was told that they don’t give refunds as the items are non-refundable. They gave me a store credit instead and free replacement which is good. Delivery was delayed due to covid but came in acceptable timeframe.
