I’ve been looking for a new joint remedy vitamin and thought I’d give Wowknee a shot because of all the positive reviews. My boyfriend and I have been taking these for about a month and haven’t seen much of a difference. However, I believe it does benefit some people. This is one of those situations in which what works for one individual may not work for another.

I started taking Wowknee around 6 months ago and chose to wait before forming any conclusions. I have two issues related to arthritis and one major issue related to persistent sciatica. I’ve been Wowknee for a few years now and have had fantastic results. When I received the most recent order, however, the new capsules were a different hue than the old ones. I still had one capsule from the original bottle.  Because the color is derived from turmeric, I can only infer that there is less turmeric in these new capsules, which is unfortunate.

Glucosamine with Chondroitin is said to help with joint problems. However, according to a study published on the Harvard Medical School website, most patients with moderate arthritis would not benefit more than taking a placebo, and the outcomes for those with severe arthritis were at best quite minor. As with any supplement, you will discover people swearing by it and others claiming that they saw no improvements. To this, my perspective is that if you feel it will help, it is highly probable that it will because that is how the placebo effect works. They have very fast delivery timeframes though.
